- Reading 1st Coach: Ms. Sarasty graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BA in Early Childhood Education. She is also working on her ESOL endorsement. Ms. Sarasty is a native Floridian and attended Pine Hills & Mollie E. Ray Elementaries right here in Orlando. She enjoys playing softball, volleyball and spending time with her three children. She earned her Masters at Ithaca College in the same areas. Mrs. Schreffler ESOL Certified as well as endorsed in Early Childhood and Pre-K Handicapped.
